The PFT course is intended for students and researchers who utilize fluorescence spectroscopy & microscopy and are interested in revisiting the basic principles and applying the latest techniques to quantitative cell biology, tissue studies, nano materials and biophysics. Lectures delivered by key scientists are complemented with practical demonstrations of spectrofluorometers and confocal microscopes.
