The 14th GÖTTINGEN MEETING of the German Neuroscience Society goes VIRTUAL and the website for registration and abstract submission is open.
Over the last month the GNS leadership intensely discussed the options for our next conference, monitoring other societies and their conferences. As a conclusion it was decided to go for a virtual meeting focusing on presentations of top-notch science and customized discussion rooms.
Our seven plenary speakers and the organizers and speakers of 32 symposia support the virtual format and will contribute to making it a success.
NOW we want you also to be part of this endeavour — seize the opportunity and shape the upcoming conference with your contribution, your interest, input and participation in the discussions. As for a play the Göttingen Meeting 2021 will only be as good as every single actor.
Again, three prizes (500, 300, 200 €) for student participants will be awarded. The prizes will be given to highlight the best oral communications in the Breaking News Symposium.

Please note: members of a FENS Member Society are entitled to register at the same reduced fee as members of the German Neuroscience Society. Notably, the registration fee has considerably been reduced compared to 2019, starting now from 45 € for student members.
Stipends of the NWG covering the registration fee will be available.
